What is required from our team?

Every Vocara interview is personalized. Ahead of the conversation, participants receive a simple interview preparation workbook that introduces the process, offers gentle guidance on how to prepare, and includes a curated question bank. Individuals can review and select the questions they’d like to explore, skip anything that doesn’t feel right, and even suggest topics of their own. This preparation ensures the interview reflects what matters most to them and feels comfortable, intentional, and truly personal.
