What’s included in the price?

Your subscription includes full access to your Capsule and all features. There are no additional charges for storage, collaborators, or viewers — one price covers everything.

Is there a difference between monthly and annual plans?

Both plans provide the same full access and features. The only difference is billing frequency and overall cost — the annual plan offers a reduced monthly rate.

How does billing and renewal work?

Billing is based on the plan you select. Monthly plans are billed each month, and annual plans are billed once per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and you can manage or cancel renewal at any time through your account settings.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

If you choose to cancel, your Capsule will remain securely stored for three months. During that time, you can reactivate your subscription and regain full access. If a subscription is not reactivated within that period, the Capsule may be permanently deleted in accordance with ourdata retention policy.

What if I decide to resubscribe later?

If you return within three months of cancellation, your Capsule and its contents will still be securely stored and ready for you to continue building.

What happens to my Capsule long term?

Your Capsule remains accessible as long as your subscription is active. Vocara is designed for long-term preservation, allowing your stories and memories to continue growing and being accessed over time.

Can I have more than one Capsule?

Each Capsule is created under its own account and email address to maintain privacy and clarity. Creating more than one Capsule would require a separate account and subscription for each.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for active billing periods. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Is gifting available on a monthly plan?

Gifting is available as a one-year subscription. At this time, gifting is not offered on a monthly basis.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Yes. You can update your subscription plan at any time through your account settings.

Are there any additional fees?
